MIKE THIENES

Mike is a documentary filmmaker, cinematographer and editor based in Minnesota. With a decade of experience, he has brought his versatile talents to over 400 commercial projects and 140 weddings documented with his love, Madison Holler.

Beyond his film career, Mike brings 23 years of retail OPERATIONS with his best friends at The Youth Shelter Supply and The Sticks (skateboard + snowboard shops) He also founded Bald E-Gal, a video production company through which he created and produced 15 snowboard films.

Across all these ventures, Mike has refined a deep skill set in branding, community building, filmmaking, and video production — blending creativity with real-world experience to bring powerful stories to life..
